Most Home Care services can be provided within as little as 48-hours.

Q: Can a family member become part of the Universal Home Health Care caregiver team?

Yes. It is possible for Universal Home Health Care to hire a family member to become part of the team who provides your loved one’s in-home caregiving. Certain qualifications are required so call Universal Home Health Care for more information.

Q: What insurance does UNIVERSAL HOME HEALTH Care accept?

UNIVERSAL HOME HEALTH CARE accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Auto insurance and Worker’s Comp. Medicare typically covers the cost of home health services. In general, Medicare offers premium-free (no deductible) coverage for most individuals 65 years of age or older by paying for home health care services as needed. To receive coverage for home health benefits under Medicare, an individual must be under the care of a physician, be homebound during treatment, and require part-time intermittent skilled services.

Home health care services are also eligible to be covered by Medicaid, private insurance and other private funding options. However, these options may have additional criteria that must be met to receive coverage. Our staff will verify insurance coverage for you.
